Rachel is a Certified Fitness Trainer with the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), TRX Certified,and a Group Instructor. She is continuing her education in nutrition and sports related training. She enjoys training with all fitness levels, helping clients set goals and achieve them through a customized exercise program with nutritional suggestions and samples. Personal training, group fitness and whole food nutrition are her passions. Rachel has been a fitness enthusiast for over 20 years, a marathoner and trainer with local running clubs. In addition to training at PUMPS Fitness, she trains clients at her private studio, and lead strength and conditioning boot camps for the local walking and running community. Her goal is to inspire others to take control of their own health and get stronger.

Alice have been inspiring others to reach their health and fitness goals for over 35 years. She holds multiple national certifications including NASM Personal Trainer, Wellness Coach, ACE Personal Trainer & Group Fitness, Zumba, AFPA Advanced Nutrition, the Mattes Method of Active Isolated Stretching and Corrective Exercise Specialist. Alice works for the Sarasota County Government Employee Wellness Program and provides Postural Correction and Corrective Exercises as well as fitness classes to the 3,000 employees. She structures workouts to train individuals “from the inside out” focusing on correcting muscle imbalances through stretching and corrective exercise, then adding functional training once the above has been addressed. Movement is medicine; resting is rusting! “Move to Improve”!

Some of her additional certifications include corrective exercise, special populations, senior fitness specialist, advanced core training, Barre, Pilates, group fitness, golf fitness, flexibility, and balance training. Prior to becoming a personal trainer, I worked in emergency medicine as an EMT-IV tech.My specialty is the over 40 adult population, post rehabilitation, corrective exercise and balance training. My goal is to help correct posture, gait imbalance, core stabilization, flexibility and overall strength. I enjoy working with clients who are seeking to improve their quality of life.

She is devoted to helping her clients reach their goals and obtain a healthy lifestyle in and out of the gym.
Stephanie Nikirk, RYT-200, began practicing yoga 20 years ago. In 2017, she attended Garden of the Heart’s Anusara Teacher Training under Jaye Martin where her practice was strengthened and refined. Now, she is happy to share her experience with others so they too can feel the remarkable effects of the practice. Stephanie strives to provide a comfortable practice for all yoga levels.
