With her certifications and knowledge of TRX, Spin, AIS, Weight Training, and Orthopedic Exercise, she can achieve fitness goals for all ages.

Lori Dillon

Certified Personal Trainer

AFFA certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor with over 25 years of experience.

Knowledgeable in training for strength, toning, flexibility, balance, endurance, and agility.

Also trained and/or certified in AIS (Active Isolated Stretching, Aaron Mattes program), TRX, SPIN, Step and Kickboxing.

Experienced working with clients ranging from 14 to 83 years old at a variety of fitness levels. Successful at training both individual clients, small groups and large classes.

Alice Monsaert

Certified Personal Trainer

Alice have been inspiring others to reach their health and fitness goals for over 35 years. She holds multiple national certifications including NASM Personal Trainer, Wellness Coach, ACE Personal Trainer & Group Fitness, Zumba, AFPA Advanced Nutrition, the Mattes Method of Active Isolated Stretching and Corrective Exercise Specialist. Alice works for the Sarasota County Government Employee Wellness Program and provides Postural Correction and Corrective Exercises as well as fitness classes to the 3,000 employees. She structures workouts to train individuals “from the inside out” focusing on correcting muscle imbalances through stretching and corrective exercise, then adding functional training once the above has been addressed. Movement is medicine; resting is rusting! “Move to Improve”!

Jenn is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and AFAA Group Fitness instructor. She is trained and carries certifications in TRX, Stretching, G.E.A.R. Spinning, and Golf Fitness.  She works with clients of all ages and fitness levels.

My ultimate goal for clients is to offer personalized exercise regimens to help build their body’s framework, improve functional strength, learn to love the body they are in now and prepare it to stand the test of time. 

During my time as a community pharmacist, I've realized many people are physically weak, overmedicated and feel defined by their disease states. They learn to accept the traditional pathway of healthcare, which is to take another medication for another symptom, without understanding the root cause(s). 

As a pharmacist and certified personal trainer, I can help patients break free from feeling overmedicated and teach them to control their health. I have knowledge of how medications affect the body and understand the details of human movement and muscle function. I provide guidance on nutrition, stress management, and your body's tolerance to food and medications. Sharing all this knowledge guarantees a unique and holistic approach to improve your life!

Milva Belloso is a Venezuelan who has been living in Sarasota for 15 years with her husband and 2 kids. She has been certified as a Personal Trainer with ISSA for 4 years and specializes in glutes for 2 years. Additionally, she has been a coach at F45 for 3 years as Functional Trainer.

Coye is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer who specializes in physique recomposition and strength development training.
