Lori Dillon
Certified Personal Trainer
AFFA certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor with over 25 years of experience.
Knowledgeable in training for strength, toning, flexibility, balance, endurance, and agility.
Also trained and/or certified in AIS (Active Isolated Stretching, Aaron Mattes program), TRX, SPIN, Step and Kickboxing.
Experienced working with clients ranging from 14 to 83 years old at a variety of fitness levels. Successful at training both individual clients, small groups and large classes.

Alice Monsaert
Certified Personal Trainer
Alice have been inspiring others to reach their health and fitness goals for over 35 years. She holds multiple national certifications including NASM Personal Trainer, Wellness Coach, ACE Personal Trainer & Group Fitness, Zumba, AFPA Advanced Nutrition, the Mattes Method of Active Isolated Stretching and Corrective Exercise Specialist. Alice works for the Sarasota County Government Employee Wellness Program and provides Postural Correction and Corrective Exercises as well as fitness classes to the 3,000 employees. She structures workouts to train individuals “from the inside out” focusing on correcting muscle imbalances through stretching and corrective exercise, then adding functional training once the above has been addressed. Movement is medicine; resting is rusting! “Move to Improve”!
